Order processing
Select the desired shipping method or payment method when placing your order. After placing your order via the online store, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Your order will be transmitted from our online store to our team, checked and confirmed as quickly as possible.
Methods of payment
Advance payment
If you decide to pay in advance, your order will be processed immediately after receipt of payment. After completing your order, please transfer the invoice amount and make sure that the IBAN and BIC of our bank are included in the transfer. Please state the order number as the reason for payment. You will find our complete bank details below.

The transfer must be made in the full amount of the invoice. You are responsible for the bank charges incurred for the foreign bank transfer from your bank.
The transfer amount must be in euros and is transferred to a euro account. The ordering bank must support SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area). If the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to execute the order. You must therefore ensure that the full invoice amount is credited to our account!

You can redeem your promo code directly in the shopping cart in the first step of the ordering process at the bottom left under "I have a promo code". Simply enter the code in the field provided. The total amount will then be updated automatically and the voucher value will be deducted from the total amount.

We ship all goods insured with DHL, you will receive the tracking number with the shipping confirmation.
The delivery time is shown on the item page. Shipment will be made after successful receipt of payment.
Shipping costs within Austria, Switzerland, EU countries and Europe
The shipping costs within Austria and the EU countries are:
up to 5 kg: 19,49 €
up to 10 kg: 24,99 €
up to 20 kg: 35,49 €
up to 31,5 kg: 48,49 €
We ship all goods insured with DHL, you will receive the tracking number with the shipping confirmation.
The delivery time is shown on the item page. The dispatch takes place after successful receipt of payment. For shipping to other countries in the European Union and Switzerland, the delivery time may increase by up to 5 working days.
